Mark T. Koo works on patent, trademark and copyright related matters dealing with high technology companies.  Mark also helps companies file incorporation documents as well as other startup legal assistance.

Mark received his bachelors of science degree in electrical engineering and masters of science degree in materials science from University of California, Davis. His thesis topic during the masters program was in nanocrystalline materials.

Mark Koo has held various engineering roles at software companies in Silicon Valley including early venture startups as well as large companies.

Mark Koo has been involved in many of the hottest Silicon Valley’s technologies such as data warehousing, wireless software and hardware technologies, and internet technologies as well as software for Wi-Fi voice communication technologies.

Mark Koo also worked as a software technologist at Livermore National Laboratory to facilitate the building of the NiF Laser (world’s largest Laser system). He was involved in building components for nuclear radiation detection for Department of Homeland Security

Joe Calhoun is Associated Counsel to Credere Law and is a registered patent attorney licensed in California and Arkansas.  Joe has many years of experience in commercial litigation and counseling, as well as in intellectual property law. His primary practice areas include procurement, transfer and enforcement of (or defense against) intellectual property rights, business start-up organization and expansion, commercial competition, employment law, and a wide variety of business contracts and business disputes.

After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Tulane University, and graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law, Joe returned home to Little Rock, Arkansas and clerked for the Arkansas Court of Appeals.

Aaron Belcher is Associated Counsel to Credere Law and is an experienced corporate and M&A practitioner in the technology sector, having advised clients in a wide number of industries, including software, semiconductors, internet, e-commerce, data security, social networking, gaming, life sciences and clean tech.

Aaron’s practice has included both domestic and cross-border acquisitions, investments, asset purchases, securities and corporate governance advice.

Aaron obtained his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from NYU Law School, where he was an editor on the Environmental Law Journal.

Aaron is admitted to practice in both California and New York.

Craig Ching is Associated Counsel attorney to Credere Law and over nine years of experience as a practicing attorney with both litigation and transactional experience.  Craigs’s practice has included Corporate Compliance and Governance, Employer/Employee Matters, Immigration, Non-Profit Formation,Compliance and Governance, Employee Handbooks.

Craig is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and received the CALI Award for Solving Legal Problems.

Craig, a Bay Area native, holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, enjoys fishing, and pursuing culinary adventures
