        1. PURPOSE OF POLICY. Credere Law (“us,” “we,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Company Website (the “Site”). We created this Website Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy.

        1. WHAT BASIC INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?

      Company is headquartered in the USA. Your personal information may be accessed by Company, our affiliates, service providers, agents and representatives in the USA or elsewhere in the world. Company will protect the privacy and security of personal information according to this Privacy Policy regardless of where the personal information is processed or stored.

       

      5.4 DATA RETENTION

      Company reserves the right to retain your personal information for a period of five (5) years or more to satisfy legal requirements such as recordkeeping and tax and credit reporting requirements, as well as for purposes of fraud prevention, audit and data integrity. In addition, Company reserves the right to retain, as well as to use and disclose as permitted pursuant to this Privacy Policy, your personal information for such period of time as reasonably needed by Company to facilitate activities and transactions for the operation of the Website, improve User experiences on the Website. Company reserves the right to retain information that does not directly identify you, for example, aggregated or anonymized data.
